Time table for Open Elective/Institute Core courses is as given below. List of students who have registered for these courses is also given.

All the students are suggested to check the above list to ensure that their names appear in all the courses for which they have registered. If there is any discrepancy, the students are required to give an application to the Academic Section by 5:00 PM on Monday, September 10, 2012.
No communication/representation in this regard will be entertained after the time-limit mentioned above.
Remedial Classes for Late Admitted Students
Remedial classes for those students of I B.Tech., who have reported after August 9, 2012 will be held from September 8, 2012.
Special I mid-term examination of such students will be held from 24th to 27th September.

SPOT Admission M.Tech./M.Plan. (CCMT-2012)
Guest Faculty July-December 2012
Fresh applications for guest faculty in Architecture & Planning, Computer Engg., Humanities and So. Sc., Physics and Mathematics departments are invited. Applicants must report on 6th Aug. 2012 at 9:00 AM in respective departments with 2 copies of application forms, all original and one set of photocopies of all relevant documents.
Minum Eligibility Criteria:
- Computer Engineering: BE/BTech (First division) and ME/MTech (First division) in relevant branch of Engineering/Technology.
- Department of Architecture: B.Arch (First division) and M.Arch/M.Plan (First division)
- Physics/Mathematics: Candidate should have good academic record (First division at graduation and post graduation level). Candidate should have PhD in relevant discipline.
- Humanities and Social Science: Candidate should have good academic record (First division at graduation and post graduation level). Candidate should have PhD in English.
Other Details:

EXISTING STUDENTS ARE REQUESTED TO GENERATE E-CHALLAN AND DEPOSIT NEXT SEMESTER FEE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, PREFERABLY BEFORE 15TH JULY 2012 TO AVOID LAST MINUTE RUSH.
